Can I customize the size of the furniture?

Yes! Most Milanla designs come with adjustable size options in 20cm increments. This helps you maximize your space efficiently while keeping the proportions balanced.

Can I choose colors or finishes?

Absolutely. Each piece offers a selection of modern finishes and colors to suit your interior style. You can view available options directly on the product page before placing your order.

Can I request a fully custom design?

If you need something beyond our preset or semi-custom designs, contact us — our design team can help tailor dimensions or configurations to fit your home perfectly.

How do I know if the furniture will fit in my space?

We recommend measuring your area carefully and comparing it to the size guide provided on each product page. If you need guidance, our team can help you visualize the layout before purchase.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred size, color, and configuration, then add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your order securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers for Singapore orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every order is made to your specifications, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

How do I know if the furniture will fit in my space?

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 30 to 60 days, depending on the level of customization and order volume. You’ll receive updates once your order is ready for delivery.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, all furniture comes with professional delivery and assembly included, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

Currently, we deliver within Singapore only. However, we’re working on expanding to nearby regions soon.

Warranty & Aftercare

What kind of warranty do you provide?

All Milanla furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How do I care for my furniture?

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the finish.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you notice any issues upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll review the situation and arrange for a repair or replacement where applicable.

Can I view the furniture in person?

Yes, you can visit our showroom to explore materials, finishes, and sample setups. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
